Our Hydrating Serum is formulated with 1% hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate, plump, and support the skin barrier, making it ideal for skin that needs hydration, bounce, and long-term balance. Enriched with sea kelp bioferment for essential minerals and antioxidants, vitamin B5 to help maintain moisture and calm irritation, and carrot seed extract to promote a more even-looking complexion. The lightweight formula leaves skin smooth, radiant, and healthy-looking.

Apply in the AM or PM to clean, damp skin. Press on the cap to dispense a few drops into your palm or directly onto your face. Gently massage into the face and neck using upward motions until fully absorbed. Follow with a moisturizer for best results. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email info@telo.skin. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used skincare products, sale items, gift cards, and certain promotional or custom items are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
